Why it matters for the OPEC Fund
The OPEC Fund has always worked alongside numerous partners, including Multilateral Development Bank, bilateral Development Finance Institutions, U.N. Agencies, private investors, partner country governments and many others to amplify the impact it can achieve far beyond the scale of its own financing resources. The OFRF measures total project cost to represent the impact multiplier effect resulting of working with others.
