Grants kickstart change, build capacity and support technical assistance, while tackling the various needs of vulnerable communities – particularly in the world’s poorest countries. 

The OPEC Fund’s grant-financing facility enables the institution to pool resources with a range of partners to deepen impact across the board. Grants help build public goods and address the needs of disadvantaged populations in OPEC Fund partner countries (particularly in the least developed countries). The OPEC Fund also provides emergency aid grants in the aftermath of different crises.
