Venue

The event will be held at the OPEC Fund's Headquarters located at Parking 8, 1010, Vienna, Austria. Please note the location of OPEC Fund on Google Maps.

Travel and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and arranging their own airport transfer.

Visa

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of the required visa for travel and are advised to contact their Austrian embassy or consulate for visa requirements.

Refreshment: Coffee and lunch will be provided on both September 27 and 28.

Your entry/presence at the event of the OPEC Fund (whether virtual or in person) constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance and voice in connection with the OPEC Fund for unlimited time period, including use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event of the OPEC Fund (whether virtual or in person) you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You acknowledge and agree that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent.
