To construct the Lanzhou New District Campus of the Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Communication, which will include two new facilities; a 30,400 m2 seven-story multipurpose building and a vocational training center. This will provide young people with increased access to a high-quality and market-driven education and promote economic development in Lanzhou City and Gansu Province. The project is expected to benefit circa 12,000 students per year.
