The overall goal of the AATP program, which is in partnerhsip with the Foundation for Professional Development (FPD), is to ensure that all HIV/AIDS infected individuals and the surrounding communities receive quality services by the healthcare providers who are trained to provide the full spectrum of HIV and AIDS services. The healthcare practitioners to be targeted for this training are medical practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dieticians, psychologists or any other qualified health care professional who are involved in the provision of treatment or care to people living with AIDS.
