Leonor Vilás

Leonor Vilás is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in various areas of public international law. Since 2008, she has specialized in international administrative law. She has worked at the registries of the United Nations Dispute Tribunal and the International Labour Organization Administrative Tribunal, as well as in the legal services of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees and the International Telecommunication Union.
 
She studied Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, obtained a Master’s degree in International Studies at the same university and an MA in International Relations/Public International Law at the Geneva Graduate Institute of International Studies.
