Aims of this project are to widen and upgrade a 67 km-long dirt stretch in the southern province of Makindu to bitumen standard. Drainage systems and bridges will also be built, and road markings and traffic signs provided. The improved link will help facilitate the exchange of goods and access to employment and social services.
