The grant was extended in support of a 'Training Program on Micro-Finance and Small and Medium Enterprises Development' sponsored by the Colombo Plan during the years of 2015 through 2017. The grant covered travel, registration and accommodation costs of at least 50 participants from the 19 member developing countries of the Colombo Plan.
