The project aims to continue with the rehabilitation and improvement of the Goderich-Waterloo Rural Coastal Road and will link the towns of Tokeh and Lumley, thus improving the access to the many fishing villages along the peninsula, as well as expanding the interchange between Freetown and the rest of the country.
