The project will comprise six components:
- institutional development for TEVTA(technical education and vocational training);
- establishment of a technical instructor training system;
- establishment of new CTEVT headquarters and four new technical schools;
- upgrading of Lahan Technical School;
- support for skills testing development; and
- provision for project implementation, and part of recurrent costs.
