The project will carry out the following activities:

upgrading of technical education and skills development (TESD) centers
procurement of computers and modern instructional materials
establishment of scholarships for women, the poor, the handicapped and ethnic minorities in rural areas
creation of credit services that will provide low cost loans to needy students on a revolving basis.

This project will help thousands of disadvantaged students and enable them to gain the skills needed to secure employment.
