The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of teaching at the technical and vocational training schools through refurbishing and provision of essential training equipment and materials for existing and newly established technical and vocational training institutions; revision of existing curricula, development of instructional materials and teaching aids and upgrading of teaching staff.
