The project consists of: Continuation of the rehabilitation of existing tea factories, initiated during Phase I; construction of 3 new factories, with a combined capacity of 3,000 tons; expansion of transport capacity, training and supervision expertise in field, factory and marketing, improved workshop and civil works facilities, equipment and assistance for EMOCHA, technical assistance and master plan study.
