The assistance program covered the cost of tuition fees of Palestinian students enrolled in universities and colleges in Palestine to avoid the collapse of the education systems and ensure its continuity. In addition, the program financed living allowances provided by these universities to students from very poor families. Overall, since 2002, 421,076 university and college students have benefited from this program.
