This is an extension of project 304P (Road rehabilitation). The new project consists of: (a) the rehabilitation of 2.4 km of the Avenue de l'Indépendance with a bituminous surface to a width of 7.6 meters and two pavements of 2m; (b) a complete drainage system; (c) the provision of road maintenance equipment; (d) technical assistance; and (e) the training of local personnel.
