This project, which is a scaling up of a previous IFAD-financed Participatory Natural Resources Management Program (PNRMP), has the objective to improve the resilience and income of the rural poor. It encompasses the following components: "Climate adaptive land development"; "Market linkages for the rural poor" and "Upscaling of climate resilient agricultural systems". The project is expected to benefit about 34,000 individuals across all West Bank governorates and all public sector institutions.
