Established in 2002 in Gaza as a non-profit non-political NGO, it aims at undertaking developmental operations for the benefit of poorer communities through conducting a series of activities such as informal education, psychological support to youth, women social empowerment, public awareness programs in different fields, legal consultation. The grant supported 600 very poor slow learners' children to develop their capacities.
