Founded in 1960, the Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation (BASR) is a non-profit NGO that is nationally recognized for the comprehensive rehabilitation services it renders to children and adults with special needs regardless to their sex or social class. During the last 45 years, BASR has worked progressively to enhance the overall quality of life of Palestinians with special needs, and promote their inclusion into all aspects of community life by providing them with high quality medical, rehabilitation, educational and vocational services for equal opportunities in life. The grant will contribute to upgrading the radiology department of BASR.
