The project was part of a broader reconstruction program of the Nahr El-Bared Camp, and aimed at improving living conditions of Palestinian refugees through enhanced access to education services for their children. The project involved the construction, furnishing and equipping of the Samakh School for girls, including a school building with 3.5 floors, classrooms, as well as administrative rooms, for a total school area of 4,326 m2.
