Provision of Da Vinci Surgical System in Egypt

The grant will be used to cofinance the purchase of the Da Vinci Surgical System for the National Cancer Center in Egypt. The Da Vinci system is state of the art new technological equipment used in different cancer surgical procedures that allows safer surgery, reduces operating time, hospital stay and enables rapid recovery of patients by enhancing the NCI's capacity and improving its efficiency, the project would benefit people suffering from cancer in the nation.
