This project will rehabilitate the Péligre Hydroelectric Plant's three generating units to maximize electricty production over the next 20 years. This will bring significant benefits to the population as the plant is Haiti’s only large-scale renewable energy source. The improved delivery and availability of electrical energy will help drive economic growth and reduce poverty, as well as raise living standards.
