Aims of this project are to upgrade a 176 km earth road connecting the capital Ouagadougou with isolated provinces in the fertile south region of the country, which are unable to realize their full agricultural potential. This stretch will be paved to bitumen standard, and two bridges and over six km of feeder roads built.
