The project would finance the construction of 61 junior secondary and 127 primary schools. It would make available all materials required for the construction and outfitting of the schools (furniture and educational materials); whereas the installation and actual construction works will be implemented by local contractors and the village population. An important feature of the project is the provision of safe drinking water and sanitation services.
