To improve the availability, reliability and quality of electrical power supplies to poor and rural communities in 14 departments located in the Eastern Region, as well as in the capital Asunción. Works to be carried out include:
- construction of transmission lines and substations;
- installation of transformers;
- rehabilitation and expansion of existing substations; and
- engineering and supervision.
