The project has the following five components: (a) construction of main sewers, laterals, pumping stations, rising mains, sewage treatment plant and a sea outfall for waste water; (b) main and secondary collectors for storm drainage in the areas subject to flooding, a pumping station and sea outfalls; (c) engineering services for supervision of construction; (d) maintenance equipment; and (e) training component for dey personnel.
