This program aimed to prevent HIV/AIDS as it relates to drug use and provide care to those affected through improvement of the quality and accessibility of drug dependence treatment and HIV/AIDS related services in the targeted countries. The grant proceeds will specifically contribute to developing needs and priority assessment on the state of HIV/AIDS.
