The project which assisted the people of the West Nile region in Uganda, aimed at increasing household livelihood security among the poor through the promotion of income-generating activities in the agricultural sector. CARE Uganda was undertaking the implementation of the project in full and close cooperation with the Government of Uganda and the beneficiary communities. JENGA helped provide a package of services including business training and linkage to technical assistance and financial services and technolgy.
