ATCAC used the grant to implement the Hope Centre Program offering educational, health, and socioeconomic programs to the population in rural areas, such as Cap Haitian, Limbe, Port Margot, Bayeux, and Gonaives. The main objective of the program has been the empowerment of families living on the Caribbean island of Haiti, thus reversing community, cultural, and economic deterioration.
