The grant has been extended to the University of Jordan to financially support the purchasing of equipment needed for the restoration of Arabic and Islamic manuscripts. The project benefits hundreds of scholars, researchers and students who regularly access the documents and manuscripts at the Centre, in addition to preserving rare documents of great historic significance.
