This emergency grant in the amount of US$300,000 has been extended towards the provision of essential relief supplies and emergency operations to help the victims of Cyclone Aila. The grant was used for the procurement of emergency relief non-food items, mainly blankets, jerry cans, buckets, mugs, plastic sheets and others, for 7,000 families.
