The project consists of: (i) Relocation of two 30 MW gas turbines from Amman South Power Station to Risha Power Station including modifications of the fuel system, installation of a natural gas supply; and treatment facilities and related technical services; (ii) expansion and rehabilitation of stations, and transmission and distribution lines including: (a) materials, equipment and works for minor transmission and distribution lines; (b) modifications and expansion of Risha, Bayader, and Irbid sub-stations; (c) 15 small sub-stations 11/0.4 kV; and (iii) provision of supplies for 2 years of equipment, materials and works for routine, annual and preventive maintenance of the power stations and transmission and distribution networks, as well as provision of supplies for security and operations.
