The grant will specifically contribute to develop and establish a comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention and care system to manage and control the increasing cases of HIV/AIDS caused by injecting drug users and in prison settings through addressing the "frontline" professionals working in this environment. The beneficiary countries are: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
