The project was designed to address the problem of unemployment and poverty in the Mafraq Governorate, using three-pronged approach consisting of holding awareness workshops, providing business skills training and work opportunities for the poor and unemployed in the remote communities of the governorate. A credit scheme was created for small-scale enterprises.
