The works include development driling at Bombay High North and Bassein and the erection of the necessary well platforms, 209 km sub-sea gathering lines connected to the 3 main processing platforms, an on-shore terminal, supply lines and a supply base for the off-shore installations, telecommunications and a control system to cover the entire Bombay High Program.
The project is intended to assist India in becoming self-sufficient in petreoleum.
