This project will support a Government initiative to raise the quality of education by renovating 1,280 classrooms in both public and private schools and constructing 400 new ones in public schools. Additional components will include strengthening institutional management and evaluation and planning skills among school and education personnel, benefiting some 90,000 pupils and 6,100 teachers.
