The main objective of the was to strengthen and optimize the capabilities of the organizations operating in rural areas on the social, legal and administrative levels. Project activities covered mainly training of trainers for development, training of women and farmers for management of cooperatives and rural societies, provision of equipment and technical support to the community-based organizations as well as reinforcing coordination and networking among these organizations.
