Deir Al Balah Rehabilitation Society (DBRS) is a non-governmental organization that was established in 1997 in the Gaza Strip, with the aim of empowering persons with disabilities and their families through capacity-building programs, special education, hearing and speech therapy, as well as physical rehabilitation services. The grant has been extended to support the Provision of Aid Devices for Children Suffering from Disabilities and Visual and Hearing Impairments.
