The Agricultural and Environmental Development Society is a Gaza-based NGO, established in 2006 to improve the living standard of poor farmers across the Gaza Strip through the creation of job opportunities and income generating projects. The grant has been extended in support of the project Composting of Green Agriculture Waste with Farmers in the Gaza Strip and benefitd about 200 farmers who have now access to sufficient quantities of compost as well as shredding machines to process green waste.
