The Project Loving Care Society is a non-profit charitable Society which was initiated with the sponsorship of eight children by the voluntary work of Palestinian women. In 1991, the Society established the Saraya Center to serve Palestinian women and children in Jerusalem through a variety of training programs. The grant enabled the Society to continue running the activities of the Center.
