The Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Torture is a Ramallah-based NGO that was established in 1999, and provides psycho-social and medical assistance and rehabilitation for victims of conflict, torture and violence. The grant has been extended for a project to provide mental health services for victims of conflict in the West Bank, with the overall objective of alleviating the suffering of victims through mental health services, followed by occupational and vocational training to facilitate their socio-economic reintegration.
