National Council for Development (NCD), established in 2004, is a Palestinian non-profit, non-governmental organization with the aim to participate in Palestinian community development and improving its condition by providing pilot and high qualified projects in the fields of community development, economic and social development, and give priority to neglected people, and people with special needs to bridge the gab in the services provided to the different social groups, especially women, children and youth. The grant supported the establishment of a machinery unit.
