The Palestinian Association for Children's Encouragement of Sports (PACES) was founded in 2006 with the primary goal of providing healthy, safe, and structured after-school sports programs for girls and boys. PACES works in the most marginalized communities of Palestine, and the refugee camps of Jordan and Lebanon using sports to drive positive behavior change in children. PACES' program is open to children from 7 to 16 years of age. The grant has been extended to organize a training program for "Youth Encouragement of Sports" in the West Bank and Jerusalem. In the West Bank, a total of 2,985 children in 2012, and 3,305 children in 2013 have been trained and in Jerusalem a total of 565 children in 2012 and 625 children in 2013 benefited from this program.
