The Jabalia ElNazla Culture Center is an NGO established in 2000 with the mission to support the development of youth by fostering their educational, artistic and cultural capacity. The Center also aims to help build a civil society based on the principles of democracy and the preservation of human rights. The grant will support the furnishing and equipping of the El Noor Education Center. The project will help children with learning disabilities in safe and modern educational facility.
