The Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) is one of the leading polytechnic universities in Palestine. It was founded in 1978 by the University Graduates Union (UGU), which is a non-profit organization in Hebron district. The primary mission of PPU is to emphasize quality vocational and technical engineering education. The grant has been extended to support the enhancement of the telecommunications and electronics engineering program, which included the establisment of a specialized laboratory for the electronics and telecommunication courses that provide the experiments in modules and problem solving.
