The Ibin Khaldoun Association for Social Development was established in 2002, in Al-Sheikh Rodwan village, Gaza, with the objective to improve the socio-economic situation of marginalized and poor women in rural areas and enhance their participation in the Palestinian society. The grant was extended to enhance women's social development, to improve and strengthen women's skills and participation in the rural areas of Al-Sheikh Radwan village.
