ESNCM is an affiliate of Birzeit University and was established in Jerusalem in 1993 as an academic institution for teaching music. The ESNCM's mission is based on the belief that music, as a fine art, has unparalleled educational and psychological value and it is vital to the process of character building and development. The project objective is to contribute to the establishment of a promising young Palestinian generation, who will preserve the Palestinian culture and music identity. The grant was extended to support the Cultural and Music Teaching Program in Jerusalem Branches.
