The Rasid Community Development Association (RCDA) was established in 2006 and is based in Rafah City in the Gaza Strip. RCDA's mission focuses on improving the mental and physical health status of traumatized children in Palestine. RCDA has developed facilities for children including kids library, kindergarten, music hall, relaxation unit, playgrounds, computer training centers, as well as provide counseling and training for traumatized children. The grant has been extended to support a new project called "Comprehensive Care Program for Psychological Traumatized Kids in Rafah city". The project, with an estimated project cost of US$116,800, targets the traumatized kids in Rafahand.
