National Council for Development (NCD), established in 2005, is a Palestinian non-profit, non-governmental organization with the aim to strengthen participation in Palestinian community development and improving its condition by providing pilot projects and high qualified projects in the fields of community development, economic and social development.The project covered the construction of a storage facility (with an area of 200 m2) as well as provision of a wheel bulldozer.
