Giving without Boarders Association (GWBARCD) was established in 2000 as a non-profit organization to improve the situation of people with special needs in the fields of health, social, economy and education in the Tal Al-Sultan village. With the help of OFID's financial assistance GWBARD constructws a vocational training center for people with special needs at the Tal Al-Sultan camp. Approximately 300 disabled youth have been provided with computer software and maintenance training courses. In addition 400 disabled persons have been skilled in art production. The total project cost has benn US$160,000.
