PVO, established in 2005, is a leading Palestinian youth organization with its primary goal to create space for youth and teenagers to engage themselves as active participants in the development of local communities. The grant supported the "Enhancing Youth Participation through Small Creative Youth Initiatives in the Southern Area of Gaza Strip Project", and consisted of enhancing youth participation for positive change by providing grants of US$3,000 to 30 talented youth groups and initiatives to implement creative ideas supporting local development. The project focused on the fields of art, hand crafts, drama, technology, theatre, psychological support, media and education.
